When do orders ship?
We ship once a week, typically Fridays. Unless it's a holiday. Please allow up to 2 WEEKS for your order to be processed and shipped, and 4-6 weeks for large custom orders. Please remember this is 90% a one woman show, who runs a small farm and is a dedicated author. I truly work hard to give fast good service. Often, I'm able to ship within a few days! Currently, all shipping is standard US Only. International soon. Shop pauses shipping from December 10th-January 5th to enjoy the holidays, so please plan your holiday orders accordingly. (Blacksmith will communicate wait lists and production times, directly with ax/cleaver customers.)
VEGAN?
- While we are not vegan, All products (outside of the blacksmith) are vegan/cruelty free, as to accommodate and respect all lifestyle choices and concerns. The Soap Shop itself, and everything used to prepare/package/label/store or clean our products has NEVER come in contact with an animal product.
What about custom/bulk/party orders?
Please Email directly if you wish to work with me for wholesale, or there is a bulk amount of something you wish to order, for a wedding, subscription box, party favor, grad gift, gag gift etc... or a certain scent you can't live without, and I will do my best to grant your wishes. when in doubt ask.
What about returns/refunds?
Please message us directly if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any issues at all. We will do whatever we can to correct any issues and make it right, within reason. However we cannot be held accountable for damaged or stolen packages, and custom orders are non-refundable. PLEASE remember that chemical free natural products do not contain the chemical derived preservatives of store bought "products" and should not sit in extreme temps so monitor your mail.

Some of our products are only available during certain seasons, however, if there is something you'd like that is currently out of season, please email, and we will do our best to see about making it for you if possible.
